We are Snotragz LTD (trading as Snotragz) and we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers across our website and all social media platforms. We do not sell, rent or trade any of our data for marketing purposes so rest assured that your information is safe with us. We do have to use your personal information so we've set up this privacy policy to provide detailed information on when and why we collect your information, how we use it and how we keep it secure when you make an order or contact us via our website. 



This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of any services that I do not own or control, including Paypal, Big Cartel, Mail Chimp or any third party services you access through our website.

Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, if you contact me directly through my website’s contact form, or my Facebook or Instagram accounts relating to Snotragz.


When someone visits www.snotragz.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. 

Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It

As part of the purchasing process we collect email addresses and use that information for a couple of reasons: primarily to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. We have set up MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters in the future. We can gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as Royal Mail. We will share your personal information with this third party, but only to the extent necessary to perform their delivery services.

However, We may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time periods: 6 years.
