TERMS

  • COVID UPDATE - I am now open, but mat close again at any time. Suppliers, and delivery timescales are not predictable and so usual turn around times do not apply. Please bear this in mind when placing orders for birthdays and special occasions. I can’t be held responsible for any delays or sudden availability issues which are out of my control. 
  • Please allow 4 weeks for delivery - We've searched far and wide and so some of our items may have a long way to travel. I also work on many orders from my home studio in between work and being a mummy. Although I endeavour avor to get your order to you before this time where possible, please allow up to four weeks, and let me know at the time of ordering if your item is required for a specific date, I will let you know if this is achievable. 
  • Offers - All offers are subject to availability, fair use and are at my discretion. Multiple offers can not be used, for example adding rep codes to fiver Friday flash deals will result in automatic refunds. 
  • Refunds - Under no circumstances are refunds available for personalised items unless the garment is faulty. Please double check spellings of names and details left in the notes section as I can not be held responsible for errors. Any refunds will be processed via PayPal and subject to their t&c’s / dispute procedure. 
  • Returns - If for any reason you are not happy, then I will offer a refund for non personalised items returned within 14 days in an as new / unworn resell-able condition. Please contact me in the first instance To discuss your order. Please note I do not cover return postage costs unless there is a fault with an item. 
  • Delivery Fees in the UK are set at rates to cover the cost of Royal Mail second class postage. If you require a rush order with tracked/signed for/next day delivery please get in touch for pricing. 
  • Sizing - Please get in touch for size charts on specific products - it’s impossible to list every chart against each garment on this website but I’m happy to help advise.

  • Personalised Items -  Please be aware that there’s are no refunds available on personalised items unless they are faulty. 
  • Printed items - All printed items are hand made to order in my home studio and as such the colour intensity can vary between designs and may differ from social media posts depending on the quality of customer images provided, the use of “filters” and your viewing screen resolution.  
  • Social Media - Please feel free to follow us on Instagram for new product information and tag us in pictures of your babies in our clothing if you are happy for us to share these.
